Associate General Counsel, Labor, Employment, Medical Staff & Litigation

Included Health is seeking a solutions-oriented Associate General Counsel, Labor, Employment, Medical Staff & Litigation to join our dynamic legal team. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, this role is critical to supporting our rapid growth by providing strategic and practical advice on employment-related matters across the organization. In this role you will be responsible for counseling on a broad range of employment issues, including labor, compliance, employee relations, policy development, internal investigations, and employment-related aspects of M&A and organizational scaling. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in employment law, particularly in fast-paced, highly regulated environments, and a proven track record of effectively partnering with People, Legal, and executive teams to mitigate risk while enabling business objectives.
