Advanced Practice Provider - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate

We’re looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) to join our virtual team. As an Advanced Practice Provider on our virtual care team, you’ll play a critical role in delivering mostly asynchronous primary care to our members. You’ll care for adult patients across preventive care, chronic disease management, and common acute concerns. And you’ll help redefine how care can be delivered—thoughtfully, efficiently, and with patients truly at the center. We’re looking for clinicians who are not only strong in primary care, but also deeply curious, adaptable, and excited about the potential of technology and innovation to reshape healthcare delivery.
