You’ll review medical records, research clinical data, and write persuasive letters to support care decisions—whether it’s starting, continuing, or increasing services.  Analyze patient medical records, treatment plans, and assessments Research journal articles related to covered diagnoses and exposures Write clear, concise letters of medical necessity Ensure all relevant covered conditions are included Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members Monitor patient progress and assess care needs Think creatively to justify continuation or increase in care Submit timely renewal/increase requests with supporting documentation Maintain organized records of research, correspondence, and documentation Have strong writing and analytical skills Are detail-oriented and organized Can communicate clearly and professionally Enjoy working independently and collaboratively Job requirements: Healthcare experience preferred Experience with MS Office products required Key competencies include communication both written and verbal, analytical thinking, detail oriented, teamwork and organization
