About the role
Join Natera's Head & Neck Oncology histology team as a Clinical Oncology Specialist (COS).
What you'll do
- Develop expertise in Natera's oncology portfolio, clinical data, reimbursement landscape, competitive positioning, and internal processes.
- Identify and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic medical centers, hospital systems, and community oncology practices to drive adoption of Natera's oncology portfolio.
- Engage H&N oncologists and other healthcare professionals through consultative, clinical discussions that support the adoption of Natera's oncology diagnostics.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify growth opportunities and influence key clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Achieve sales objectives and drive growth within the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate territory activity, customer insights, and sales forecasts while identifying risks and new business opportunities.
