About the role
The Patient Coordinator plays a critical inside sales role in driving the success of Natera’s Oncology product lines.
What you'll do
- Serve as an inside sales partner to Field Sales by supporting territory strategies and advancing opportunities through the pipeline.
- Proactively manage inbound and outbound patient outreach to influence testing adoption, scheduling, and continuity of care.
- Build and maintain long-term, consultative relationships with patients to drive repeat testing and ongoing engagement.
- Identify, nurture, and progress patient opportunities from initial contact through completion of testing, ensuring alignment with sales pipeline goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Billing and Customer Support to remove barriers and close gaps impacting conversion or timing.
- Assess patient needs with a solutions-oriented mindset, addressing logistical, clinical coordination, and service challenges.
