About the role
We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant(CNA) in the Erie, CO area to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan.
What you'll do
- Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting
- Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed
- Maintain records and documentation of service
