About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) in the Augusta, GA/Aiken, South Carolina area to join our team for assignments across the state of Georgia and South Carolina.
What you'll do
- Execute physician prescribed plans of care.
- Complete compliant documentation of the care provided in the system of record.
- Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies.
- Conduct patient assessments, coordination of care
- Perform various activities associated with daily living.
- Monitor vitals and GI intake and output.
