About the role
As a therapist within our Pediatric Outpatient Service Line, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, teens, young adults, and their families while working as part of an integrated clinical team.
What you'll do
- Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, PMT, trauma-informed interventions, and other approaches appropriate to the member's clinical and developmental needs.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, behavioral case managers, coaches, nurses, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated care.
- Engage caregivers as active partners in treatment when clinically and developmentally appropriate through psychoeducation, collaborative goal setting, and skills coaching.
- Maintain timely, accurate, clinically meaningful, and compliant documentation.
