About the role
As our Director of Revenue Cycle Management , you’ll sit at the center of Bicycle Health’s rapid expansion—partnering directly with our CFO and cross-functional leaders to revolutionize our billing and collections engine from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Operate and manage the Athena EHR billing system.
- Manage the offshore Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) vendor to ensure timely billing, collections, and the completion of the month-end close. Identify and mitigate potential risk and compliance issues
- Educate teams on emerging billing guidelines, telehealth regulations, and behavioral health practices.
