About the role
The Senior Analyst, Client Analytics develops insights that help pharmaceutical manufacturer clients understand program performance, prescription trends, and the patient journey .
What you'll do
- Partner with Client/Account Management to provide analytics supporting pharmaceutical manufacturer relationships, business reviews, and program optimization.
- Develop and maintain client KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards focused on prescription, patient journey, and program performance.
- Analyze script volume, conversion, fulfillment, abandonment, persistence, and other patient journey metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Conduct funnel, cohort, trend, and deep-dive analyses to understand where patients progress, experience friction, or fall out of the journey.
- Evaluate performance across dimensions such as product, program, channel, provider, payer, and geography.
- Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs for new client programs and initiatives.
