Maintain technical documentation about the systems you manage
What you'll do
- Manage, monitor, and maintain Blink’s network infrastructure, including Meraki switches/WAP, Palo Alto firewalls/VPN, AWS VPC, and AWS Transit Gateway
- Serve as a technical architect and consultant to other engineering teams by assisting them with network design and troubleshooting in a microservices & container-based environment (AWS, Kubernetes)
- Work with IT leadership on projects, identify new products & solutions, and research solutions
- Promote good network design practices by emphasizing Secure & compliant implementations, Redundancy/high availability, and Automation
- Mentor and train service desk technicians to help them provide level 1 support
- Act as the technical escalation point for network issues
