About the role
Full time position, on-site in our Chesterfield, MO office; closed door environment
What you'll do
- Accountable for oversight of all aspects within the pharmacy consistent with professional, ethical, and legal standards of proper pharmacy practice
- Responsible for the registration of pharmacy staff involved in the pharmacy workflow including data entry, verification and dispensing of medications
- Responsible for meeting pharmacy throughput and quality targets. This includes auditing, accuracy verifications and assisting as needed in regulatory reviews
- Participate in and monitor quality improvement and assurance processes
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information and their records, and destruction of relevant documentation which contains patient information
- Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
