About the role
We are looking for a senior person who operates as a staff-level contributor with broad organizational impact. They bring deep operational expertise, strong project management discipline, and the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Conduct a structured assessment of People Ops workflows across all HR support pillars — onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, immigration, LOA, and employee experience — to identify inefficiencies,…
- Design and document end-to-end operational frameworks, SOPs, and process maps that reflect how People Ops should function at scale.
- Define the infrastructure architecture for People Ops — establishing the systems, integrations, and workflows that serve as the operational backbone of the function.
- Partner with the Global People Ops Sr Manager to translate the People Ops operating philosophy (Infrastructure → Frameworks → Guidelines) into concrete, executable build plans.
- Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap of operational improvements, balancing quick wins with longer-term infrastructure investments.
