About the role
BlinkRx is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish.
What you'll do
- Scheduling interviews working directly with candidates and hiring managers
- Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
- Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status
- Tracking recruitment activities and assisting with weekly update reports
- Coordinate scheduling of post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
