About the role
Full time, On-site role in Chesterfield, MO -400 S Woods Mill Road
What you'll do
- Support daily management of department duties, including allocating labor, leading meetings, proactively monitoring workflow volumes, and assigning job duties
- Ensure successful area performance, through tracking, reporting and feedback of technician and associate performance
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve quality and performance in fulfillment operations. Communicate these opportunities and collaborate with leadership and other pertinent stakeholders to improve results
- Coach associates and technicians in best practices and address knowledge gaps and opportunities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for all fulfillment roles and function as a catalyst for change
- Review and assist in updating SOPs as needed
