About the role
The Role: As a Pharmacy Fulfillment Operations Lead, you will support and supervise a team of pharmacy fulfillment technicians, helping to manage day-to-day dispensing workflows and queues under the guidance of senior leadership.
What you'll do
- Support and manage a team of Pharmacy Technicians, helping to ensure quality patient and client care under the direction of senior leadership.
- Monitor workload distribution and flag imbalances to ensure efficient daily operations and that basic performance targets are met.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, helping technicians get acquainted with tools, workflows, and team expectations.
- Oversees all dock operations, enforcing safety protocols, coordinating inbound and outbound freight flow, and ensuring compliance with company standards to maintain a secure and efficient loading environment.
- Provide day-to-day coaching and feedback to technicians, supporting continuous improvement and skill development.
- Address underperformance promptly through coaching and improvement plans in partnership with People & Culture and senior leadership when necessary.
