About the role
The Patient Services Operations team is central in advancing our mission to provide affordable care and deliver exceptional patient experience. We are seeking an Onboarding Manager to join our Training team.
What you'll do
- Serve as the dedicated leader and point of contact for new hourly hires from their first day through their transition to their permanent team
- Coach and develop new hires, helping them build the skills, confidence, and habits that lead to long-term success at BlinkRx
- Welcome new hires into Blink's culture, helping them understand our values, our expectations, and how their work makes a difference for patients
- Be a trusted resource and open door for new hires who have questions, concerns, or simply need support as they navigate the early stages of their careers
- Address attendance, performance, and conduct concerns early through supportive coaching conversations, and partner with HR and Employee Relations to manage formal policy matters with fairness and consistency
- Partner with Trainers to create a positive, engaging learning environment so every class can stay focused on learning
