About the role
The Recruiting team is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Recruiter to help grow teams across Elation Health. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a strong foundation in full-cycle recruiting while working alongside experienced recruiters on our Talent team.
What you'll do
- Support full-cycle recruiting across a variety of teams and roles company-wide, from job posting through offer
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Juicebox, referrals, and other creative channels, using AI-powered sourcing tools to identify and engage talent more efficiently
- Leverage AI tools to streamline resume screening, candidate research, and outreach personalization, while applying good judgment to ensure fairness and accuracy
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and timely process for candidates and hiring teams alike
- Help create a fabulous candidate experience by communicating clearly, warmly, and promptly at every touchpoint
- Keep our applicant tracking system meticulously updated in real time, ensuring accurate candidate status and pipeline data
