About the role
We are seeking a Manager, Marketing Operations to build and run the systems, processes, and planning infrastructure behind our marketing organization.
What you'll do
- Administer and optimize the marketing planning stack, including platforms such as Vodori, AirTable, Wrike, and Flowcode.
- Partner with IT, Compliance, and Privacy to evaluate, implement, and integrate new and existing tools; manage vendor relationships, licensing, and renewals.
- Define and enforce data governance, taxonomy, data dictionaries, and metadata standards across systems.
- Manage user access, training, documentation, and adoption, and troubleshoot escalations.
- Maintain integrations between systems (e.g., CRM, DAM, MLR workflow, analytics) to support a connected customer view.
