About the role
We're looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to lead our Marketing team and drive the strategy and systems that fuel Two Chairs growth.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy and organizational structure in support of enterprise growth objectives.
- Lead and coach a multidisciplinary marketing organization spanning Brand and Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Commercial Operations and Lifecycle, including both full-time team members and contractors.
- Build organizational capabilities, operating rhythms and processes that enable Marketing to scale alongside the business.
- Manage marketing budget and prioritization.
