About the role
Please note this position has a fixed schedule of 9am - 5pm PT.
What you'll do
- Client Enrollment & Engagement
- Educate prospective clients on our enrollment process and address any areas of concern preventing booking
- Actively manage outbound communications to guide prospective clients towards establishing care and scheduling their first session.
- Persuade unengaged patients to establish care and schedule first appointment
- Identify client needs and provide clear, accessible information to help them navigate the mental health landscape.
- Improve health outcomes by driving clinical utilization and care compliance
