About the role
As Two Chairs enters its next phase of rapid growth, we’re looking to add a FP&A Manager to our dynamic Finance team.
What you'll do
- Lead planning, budgeting & reporting (50%) Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop accurate forecasts and financial models for all headcount & vendor investments, and establish core reporting packages for holistic…
- Lead the bi-annual corporate budgeting process, ensuring visibility and accuracy into assumptions for costs across all departments.
- Support Leadership & Finance Team visibility into resource allocation, ensuring spend is aligned with financial targets and short- and long-term strategic priorities.
- Partner with Accounting to provide timely analysis & insights into period-over-period and actual vs. forecast performance.
