About the role
The Staffing Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring our patients’ homes are staffed with nurses and caregivers, according to the patients’ approved hours and plan of care.
What you'll do
- Identify staffing needs and vacancies due to call outs
- Understand plan of care for new patients
- Determine any changes in acuity and/or to the original Plan of Care for existing patients
- Create a staffing plan and collaborate with other departments to fill staffing vacancies
- Utilize existing resources (1099 pool, PRN, differentials) to meet demand
- Engage and collaborate with HR for onboarding new contractors
