About the role
The Workday Systems Analyst – Finance supports the design, configuration, delivery, and ongoing management of Workday Financials and related finance applications.
What you'll do
- Support Workday Financials and related finance applications, including financial management, procurement, reporting, and connected business processes.
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business needs, requirements, and functional specifications.
- Evaluate current processes and workflows, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that support Finance priorities.
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security-related requirements, reports, calculated fields, and other functional components within the role’s scope.
- Support integrations and data flows between Workday and adjacent finance applications; coordinate with technical teams when issues require deeper integration or engineering support.
- Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshoot system issues, communicate resolutions, and escalate risks or defects appropriately.
