About the role
The Associate Medical Director, Maternal and Pediatric Health leads the clinicians supporting maternal and pediatric populations and provides clinical and operational leadership for the maternal and pediatric complex care programs.
What you'll do
- Provide clinical and program oversight of maternity, newborn, NICU, and pediatric clinicians
- Serve as the clinical escalation point, coordinating with clinical leadership and other SMEs as needed for clinical resolution.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical standards, evidence-based care pathways, and educational materials across maternal and pediatric health programs.
- Directly supervise and/or provide clinical oversight to APPs.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to develop clinical requirements, and inform the clinical tooling and product features that will enable the teams to provide high-quality, scalable support.
- Use clinical insight, performance data, and population-level trends to identify care gaps, stratify opportunities for intervention, and inform program improvement priorities across maternal and pediatric populations.
