About the role
We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Accounting to join our fast growing Finance organization.
What you'll do
- Oversee monthly allocations and software capitalization processes, ensuring accuracy, proper support, and compliance with policy.
- Serve as the primary reviewer during the monthly close for the trial balance and financial statements, booking and reviewing adjusting entries and coordinating with the accounting team when adjustments need to be made.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on equity accounting, partnering with external vendors on 409A valuations, stock-based compensation, and deferred fulfillment matters.
