What you'll do
- Lead the planning and execution of business-critical technology projects, delivering them on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Partner with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, Product Management, Operations, Data, and Engineering to objectively assess business needs, gather feedback, and recommend effective solutions.
- Lead requirements sessions with business stakeholders, using creative tools and techniques to capture requirements and use cases.
- Translate business requirements into clear, detailed functional specifications and designs that support scalable technical solutions.
- Manage the delivery of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems, with a focus on our custom billing and revenue cycle applications.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risks, and report on progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.
