What you'll do
- Provide clinical quality oversight and administrative supervision to vIOP therapists in clinical practice and behavioral care managers
- Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of vIOP therapists and behavioral care managers
- Provide ongoing mentoring and consultation to vIOP therapists and behavioral care managers
- Provide ongoing feedback regarding team member’s’ performance including clinical quality, productivity, adherence to evidence-based treatment models, client feedback, and interpersonal effectiveness
- Ensure care and support provided across the team is culturally responsive and outcomes driven
- Lead ongoing 1:1’s and consultation team meeting with assigned vIOP therapists, behavioral care managers, and consultation teams
