What you'll do
- Own the commercial relationship for a book of existing customers.
- Drive expansion opportunities by identifying upsell and cross-sell needs.
- Lead and manage the renewal process, including pricing discussions and contract negotiations, for those customers going out to RFP/RFI for renewal.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to align on strategic account plans and customer objectives.
- Understand customer business models, usage trends, and product adoption to inform growth strategies.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and updates in Salesforce or CRM.
