What you'll do
- Maintain a caseload of vIOP clients, vIOP group sessions, and/or Psych Urgent Care appointments (14 bookable calendar spots)
- Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of vIOP ASW therapists
- Provide clinical quality oversight, mentoring, clinical and administrative supervision to vIOP ASW therapists in clinical practice
- Provide ongoing feedback regarding ASW therapists’ performance including clinical quality, productivity, adherence to evidence-based treatment models, client feedback, and interpersonal effectiveness;
- Ensure care provided across the team is culturally responsive and outcomes-driven;
- Lead ongoing clinical 1:1’s and consultation team meetings with assigned vIOP ASW therapists and consultation teams;
