What you'll do
- Evaluate employer group risk and determine appropriate pricing for level-funded plans
- Collaborate with Sales to craft competitive proposals and win business without compromising profitability
- Analyze risk factors and make informed, data-driven decisions—balancing risk tolerance with growth goals
- Help design and refine underwriting guidelines, processes, and tools as we scale
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Actuarial, and Customer Success to continuously improve the end-to-end experience
- Monitor underwriting outcomes and market dynamics to inform ongoing pricing and risk strategies
