About the role

What you'll do
- Deliver virtual longitudinal care to patients living with movement, cognitive, or neuromuscular disorders.
- Conduct detailed diagnostic assessments, cognitive evaluations, and follow-ups tailored to disease progression.
- Guide treatment planning, including medications, novel disease-modifying therapies (such as amyloid-targeting therapies, biologic therapies where applicable), genetic counseling, and clinical trial enrollment.
- Provide clinical guidance and potential supervision to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) across multiple states as needed, ensuring adherence to practice standards.
- Collaborate with an integrated care team, including genetic counselors, behavioral health clinicians, care coordinators, speech therapists and social workers.
- Educate and support patients and families, addressing the physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges of living with neurodegenerative disease.
